Palmyra


This summer, one thing that I wanted to do was going to Palmyra and see the Hill Cumorah pageant.  We were able to do that last weekend, and I was so happy.  This is the Sacred Grove... it was so peaceful and calm.

    Isn't it neat? We took a church history trip when I graduated from high school and I think that Palmyra was my favorite site.
    You know what surprised me? How loud the Sacred Grove was! Obviously it was very peaceful and sacred, but there were still bugs and squirrels and birds making noise. Haha, I guess I just pictured it as being still and quiet.
    So excited you guys will be home soon! Party with the Ortons before they go back East?
